Astrael — Delete your data

Astrael has no sign-up account in this release. Your profile, birth details, saved people, journal and preferences are stored on your device.

Delete data on your device

Open Astrael → Settings → Delete all my data, then confirm. This removes your profile, saved people, journal, onboarding answers, intentions, daily-card history, cached purchase status and preferences. It clears scheduled reminders. Exported images, device backups and store purchase history are not removed by this action.

Request help or deletion of data held by us

Email subsetapp@gmail.com with the subject “Astrael data deletion request”. Explain which data you want removed. Do not include birth details or journal text unless necessary. We remove records we can identify unless retention is necessary for legal obligations, transaction validation or resolving a dispute. We will explain any records retained and the applicable reason in our response.

Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting app data does not cancel subscriptions or erase store transaction history. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play or the App Store. RevenueCat and the stores may retain purchase records for restoration, validation, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Contact support for help with purchase data requests.
