Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MyDeen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service

MyDeen is a personal Islamic worship companion offering prayer times, Qibla, Quran reading and audio, dhikr, reminders, calendars, widgets and optional planning or Premium tools. Available features differ by platform and version.

3. Religious and Accuracy Disclaimer

Prayer times, Qibla, Hijri dates, mosque results and religious content can vary by calculation method, location, sensors, source and interpretation. Verify important observances with a trusted local scholar, mosque or authority. MyDeen is not a substitute for religious, medical, legal or financial advice.

4. Device Features

Some features require location, motion, notification, background refresh, internet or app-store services. Denying access may limit those features. Nearby mosque searches use OpenStreetMap/Overpass and may be incomplete.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Both plans unlock the same Premium feature set. The iOS plans have no free trial. The price and billing period shown by StoreKit or Google Play Billing immediately before purchase control.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before renewal. You can restore eligible purchases and manage or cancel the subscription in your store account. Refunds and billing disputes are governed by Apple or Google policies.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not interfere with, attack, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass app security or subscription controls except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Do not misuse third-party content or services.
• If an Android version offers community features, do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, private, infringing or spam content.

7. Intellectual Property and Content

MyDeen's brand, original design, interface and software belong to Baran Oner or licensors. Quran text, translations, tafsir, recitations, fonts, maps and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and notices. The app is licensed for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Third-Party Services

MyDeen may connect to Apple services, Google Play, Firebase on Android, OpenStreetMap/Overpass and content hosts. We do not control their availability, terms or practices.

9. Availability and Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may update, limit or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed reminders, calculation differences, third-party outages or reliance on religious content.

10. Apple Terms

iOS use is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the mandatory Apple terms control.
